Global Quality Manager

About the role

RIB is seeking a Global Quality Manager to lead the design, implementation and operation of its Quality Management System (QMS) across all functions. The role focuses on embedding ISO 9001‑based quality practices into product development, customer satisfaction, supplier management and HR, with a special emphasis on AI‑augmented software development.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the global quality vision and objectives, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
• Design, implement and continuously improve a company‑wide QMS compliant with ISO 9001.
• Operate QMS governance, prepare management reviews, track actions and escalate strategic decisions.
• Map, harmonise and enforce cross‑functional processes and policies, including product quality, customer satisfaction and supplier management.
• Establish AI‑specific quality controls such as human‑review gates, end‑to‑end traceability, hallucination/drift mitigation and independent validation of AI outputs.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in quality management, preferably in software or engineering environments.
• Proven track record of leading ISO 9001‑based QMS initiatives.
• Strong ability to work across multiple functions and geographic locations.
• Experience with AI‑augmented development processes is highly desirable.
