Global Quality Assurance Manager (HSEQ)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Global Quality Assurance Manager to lead and continuously improve our Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Management System across all sites. You will ensure ISO compliance, drive audits, and foster a strong quality culture worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the global HSEQ Management System, ensuring consistent practices across locations.
• Manage the internal audit programme, coordinate ISO certification and surveillance audits, and support sites with audit planning and corrective‑action closure.
• Lead root‑cause analysis, corrective‑action implementation and cross‑functional improvement initiatives.
• Develop and deliver training on management systems, internal auditing, ISO standards and quality principles.
• Define, track and report HSEQ KPIs, prepare dashboards for leadership and monitor system maturity.
• Act as the global point of contact for HSEQ requirements, supporting sites to maintain compliant systems.

Required profile

• 7‑10+ years of experience in Quality Management, HSEQ or Auditing within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing ISO‑certified management systems and external audits.
• Strong knowledge of corrective actions, non‑conformance management and root‑cause analysis.
• Successful track record of leading global or multi‑site process‑improvement projects.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
