Global HR Shared Services Assistant

About the role

As a member of the Global HR Shared Services Center, you will support regional and local HR teams and employees worldwide with core administrative HR processes. You will work across multiple geographies and time zones, contributing to a collaborative global HR network that values teamwork, ownership, and continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process employee paperwork for new hires, promotions, transfers, exits, and changes.
• Maintain personnel records in compliance with legal requirements and internal standards.
• Support onboarding and background verification, including induction plans and welcome communications.
• Manage employee documentation requests such as verification letters, references, and visa invitation letters.
• Deliver reporting on employee data (e.g., distribution lists, anniversaries, milestones).
• Assist internal audits by providing required documentation and timely responses.

Required profile

• Proficiency in German – C1/C2 (spoken and written) is essential.
• Full‑time graduation degree.
• Approximately 1–3+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or a process‑driven role.
• Familiarity with Workday (preferred) or other HR ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Visio).
• Experience working in a professional services or multinational environment.
