Global HR Shared Services Assistant

About the role

Join the Global HR Shared Services Center (HRSSC) at Boston Consulting Group and support regional and local HR teams worldwide. You will handle core administrative HR processes, collaborate across multiple time zones, and contribute to a culture of teamwork, ownership, and continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process employee paperwork for hires, promotions, transfers, exits, and changes.
• Maintain personnel records in line with legal and internal standards.
• Support onboarding, background verification, induction plans, and welcome communications.
• Manage employee documentation requests such as verification letters, references, and visa invitation letters.
• Deliver reporting on employee data, including distribution lists, anniversaries, and milestones.
• Assist internal audits by providing required documentation promptly.

Required profile

• Graduation degree.
• 1–3+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or a process‑driven role.
• Familiarity with Workday or other HR ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Visio).
• Experience in a professional services or multinational environment.
• Fluent verbal and written English.
