Global HR Shared Services Assistant

About the role

You will join the Global HR Shared Services Center (HRSSC) at Boston Consulting Group, supporting regional and local HR teams worldwide. The role involves handling administrative HR processes, collaborating across time zones, and contributing to a culture of teamwork and continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process employee paperwork for new hires, promotions, transfers, exits, and changes.
• Maintain personnel records in line with legal requirements and internal standards.
• Support onboarding, background verification, induction plans, and welcome communications.
• Manage employee documentation requests such as verification letters, references, and visa invitation letters.
• Deliver reporting on employee data, including distribution lists, anniversaries, and milestones.
• Assist internal audits by providing required documentation promptly.

Required profile

• Graduation degree.
• 1–3+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or a process‑driven role.
• Experience in a professional services or multinational environment.
• Fluent verbal and written English.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Workday or other HR ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Visio).
