About the role

As an Assistant Manager at Girardi Gourmets, you will support the daily operations of the establishment, ensuring an excellent experience for customers and smooth teamwork. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate staff shifts and supervise front‑of‑house service.
• Assist with inventory control and supplier management.
• Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene and food‑safety standards.
• Support staff training, monitor sales performance and drive operational improvements.
• Maintain a calm and decisive approach during high‑demand periods.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant or retail, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and work under pressure.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Preferably holds a qualification in hospitality management, business administration or a related field and has functional English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheet software.
• Competence in using email clients.
• Experience with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
