General Practitioner – Home Healthcare

About the role

Qurocare is building a technology‑enabled primary‑care model that brings doctors directly to patients’ homes and supports teleconsultations. We are looking for an MBBS‑qualified General Practitioner who is passionate about preventive health, chronic‑condition management, and using digital tools to deliver continuous care.

Key responsibilities

• Visit patients at their homes and provide comprehensive medical consultations.
• Conduct teleconsultations and in‑person consultations as needed.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Prescribe medications, recommend investigations, and advise on treatments.
• Provide preventive health advice and patient education.
• Monitor chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, and thyroid.
• Coordinate with Qurocare nurses, specialists, and internal teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Review patient progress and participate in follow‑up care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Qurocare’s digital platform.
• Follow clinical protocols, ethical standards, and company policies.

Required profile

• MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with the Kerala State Medical Council.
• 1–3 years of clinical experience (preferred).
• Strong interest in primary‑care and patient‑centered medicine.
• Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• Willingness to perform home visits, teleconsultations, and use digital health platforms.
• Ability to drive a 4‑wheel vehicle.
• Readiness to work in a startup environment with ownership and flexibility.
