General Manager Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven General Manager – Operations to lead the performance of our quick‑service restaurants (QSRs), full‑service restaurants, and dark‑kitchen concepts. You will own end‑to‑end operational excellence, revenue growth, cost optimisation, customer experience and profitability across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations across QSRs, restaurants and dark kitchens, ensuring consistent service, food quality and brand standards.
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity and scalability; conduct regular outlet and kitchen reviews and close operational gaps.
• Monitor and achieve financial targets – revenue, gross margin, EBITDA – by analysing outlet performance, controlling food, labour, rent and other costs.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts and monthly performance reviews; implement corrective actions on variances.
• Identify and execute growth initiatives, including same‑store sales improvement, average order value, delivery sales and new format expansion.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Brand teams on promotions, campaigns and new product launches.
• Ensure SOPs, quality standards and compliance with food safety, health & safety and licensing requirements; conduct regular audits.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a hospitality operator managing multi‑unit operations.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver sustainable revenue and EBITDA growth.
• Strong leadership skills with experience leading large, cross‑functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
