General Manager – Hotel Operations

About the role

The General Manager is the primary strategic business leader responsible for overall hotel operations, ensuring guest, employee, corporate and owner satisfaction while achieving financial targets. The role also drives sales, marketing and distribution initiatives and enhances the Accor brand reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all hotel functions to deliver quality service and exceed financial goals.
• Drive sales, marketing and distribution activities to increase revenue.
• Monitor and improve Guest Score and overall guest satisfaction.
• Act as an Accor Ambassador to strengthen company image and market reputation.
• Attract, train, retain and coach leadership team members with strong functional expertise.
