General Manager - Club Operations

About the role

We are seeking a General Manager to lead the end‑to‑end development, renovation and daily operations of our lifestyle clubs. The role ensures world‑class member experiences, profitable food & beverage operations, and sustainable growth across the assigned portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day club operations, maintaining service standards, safety, hygiene and brand consistency.
• Lead large‑scale renovation and habitability projects, coordinating design, finance and construction teams to deliver on time and on budget.
• Develop and implement SOPs, performance dashboards and service benchmarks.
• Drive F&B concepts, menu engineering and profitability across restaurants, bars and events.
• Manage the full membership lifecycle from acquisition to retention and loyalty programmes.
• Control maintenance, CAPEX and OPEX budgets, working closely with Finance on forecasting and ROI tracking.
• Lead multi‑disciplinary teams in operations, F&B, engineering, maintenance and customer relations, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Act as primary interface for resident communities, investors and external partners.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in hospitality or club operations, including F&B management.
• Track record of delivering renovation or redevelopment projects on schedule and within budget.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing large operational budgets.
• Excellent people management skills with ability to build and develop high‑performing teams.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management with residents, investors and external vendors.
