GenAI Governance & Security Specialist

About the role

The GenAI Governance & Security Specialist will define and operationalize the security posture and governance framework for all generative AI initiatives. This role serves as the primary liaison between AI engineering teams and legal/compliance functions, ensuring responsible AI deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement guardrail architectures (e.g., NeMo Guardrails, Llama Guard) to prevent prompt injection, jailbreaks, and PII leakage.
• Align AI deployments with internal data‑privacy policies and emerging regulations such as the EU AI Act and GDPR.
• Lead red‑team exercises and vulnerability assessments on enterprise LLMs and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) systems.
• Establish observability dashboards to monitor hallucination rates, toxicity, and bias in production models.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in information security, data governance, or AI ethics.
• Strong risk‑mitigation mindset and authoritative communication skills.

Required skills

• Python for automation.
• Security testing tools and SIEM integrations.
• LLM observability platforms (e.g., LangSmith, Arize).
• Guardrail frameworks such as NeMo Guardrails and Llama Guard.
• Deep knowledge of LLM vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10 for LLMs) and data sanitization techniques.
