About the role

The Fun Consultant role at Reliance Retail is an entry‑level, full‑time position based in Bangalore. You will be the face of the store, creating an energetic atmosphere that encourages customers to explore our wide product range while driving sales and delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage shoppers, maintaining a vibrant in‑store environment.
• Promote products and provide personalized recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
• Assist customers at all touchpoints, answer queries, and resolve issues promptly.
• Support upselling and cross‑selling initiatives, highlighting promotions and bundled offers.
• Maintain store hygiene, stock displays, and ensure visual standards are met.
• Participate in inventory checks, restocking, and report discrepancies to management.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about new arrivals and promotions.

Required profile

• Strong sales aptitude or prior sales experience (mandatory).
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and metrics.
• Familiarity with retail sales processes, including product recommendation, billing, and store operations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Detail‑oriented with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Adaptability to a fast‑paced, changing retail environment.
