Full‑time Litigation Associate – Delhi

About the role

The organization is seeking a full‑time Litigation Associate to join its Delhi practice from 1 July 2026. The role focuses on representing women and trans persons in gender‑based violence cases, including domestic violence, maintenance, child custody, family law disputes, and workplace discrimination.

Key responsibilities

• Appear regularly in Trial Courts, High Court and Supreme Court for hearings and trials.
• Draft petitions, applications, replies and other court documents.
• Interact with clients, gather facts, and prepare case strategies.
• Manage case files, maintain records and ensure compliance with procedural deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of continuous litigation experience with court work.
• 1–3 years of overall litigation experience.
• Ability to join full‑time on 1 July 2026 and work from Delhi.
• Strong understanding of gender‑based violence and family law matters.

Required skills

• Legal drafting of petitions and applications.
• Courtroom advocacy and oral argument.
• Client counseling and case preparation.
