About the role

Sumandeep Vidyapeeth is seeking a full‑time faculty member to join its academic team in Vadodara, Gujarat. The successful candidate will contribute to teaching, research, and curriculum development across the university’s health‑related departments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and seminars to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Design and update course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and assessments.
• Conduct original research, analyze data, and publish findings in peer‑reviewed journals.
• Mentor and guide students on academic and career matters.
• Participate in academic committees, faculty meetings, and curriculum planning activities.
• Engage in scholarly activities that support the institution’s mission of academic excellence.

Required profile

• Subject‑matter expertise relevant to the department (Hospital Administration, Traumatology, Surgery, etc.).
• Strong teaching and presentation abilities.
• Experience in course planning, curriculum development, and educational methodologies.
• Proven research capability, including study design, data analysis, and publication.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with students and colleagues.
• Previous university‑level teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Commitment to continuous learning and innovative teaching practices.
