Visiting Faculty – Business Environment

About the role

Insight Institute of CS (IIPS) is seeking a Visiting Faculty member to teach Business Environment to Company Secretary (CS) students. The role focuses on delivering curriculum‑aligned lessons that integrate the latest regulatory updates, economic trends, and sustainability concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver core Business Environment topics as defined by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, case studies, and real‑world examples that reflect current corporate governance, ESG, and economic developments.
• Facilitate interactive sessions, doubt‑clearing classes, and mentorship for students preparing for CSEET examinations.
• Stay updated on policy amendments, regulatory changes, and emerging sustainability practices.

Required profile

• Company Secretary (CS) qualification preferred.
• Ph.D. in Sustainability, ESG, Governance, Environmental Studies, or related fields is an advantage.
• Demonstrated teaching experience and practical industry exposure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect theory with corporate realities.

Required skills

• ESG certification from a recognized institution (highly preferred).
• Sustainability reporting certification (highly preferred).
• Corporate governance certification (highly preferred).
• Risk management or CSR‑related certification (highly preferred).
