About the role

Rashtriya Raksha University’s School of Private, Industrial and Corporate Security Management seeks a dynamic Assistant Professor of Management to join its faculty. The role involves delivering high‑quality teaching and research in core management subjects for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Teach subjects such as Statistics, Quantitative Techniques, Accounts, Economics, and Financial Management, alongside other management courses.
• Develop curricula, mentor students, and coordinate academic activities.
• Conduct research, publish findings, and contribute to institutional development initiatives.
• Participate in training, consultancy, and interdisciplinary projects.

Required profile

• MBA from a recognized university or institution.
• Preference for candidates with a background in Mathematics, Statistics, or Commerce at the bachelor’s or master’s level.
• Ph.D. in a relevant discipline is preferred.
• Qualification in UGC‑NET.
• Strong teaching, research, communication, and academic coordination abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in teaching Statistics, Quantitative Techniques, Accounts, Economics, and Financial Management.
• Curriculum development and academic mentoring.
• Research methodology and scholarly publication.
