Full-time Cashier – Retail Store

About the role

The Cashier will be the first point of contact for shoppers at our Noida store, ensuring a smooth and friendly checkout experience. This full-time, on-site position involves handling transactions, maintaining the checkout area, and supporting the store team during busy periods.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and scan items for purchase.
• Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
• Issue receipts and give correct change.
• Balance the cash register at the start and end of shifts.
• Keep the checkout area clean and organized.
• Answer basic customer inquiries about products, prices, and promotions.
• Follow company policies for returns, exchanges, and discounts.
• Assist with basic stocking or front-end tasks during slower periods.
• Collaborate with the store team to ensure efficient operations.

Required profile

• Ability to handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately.
• Strong customer-service attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Basic math skills and quick learning of POS tools.
• Attention to detail and reliability in following procedures.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior cashier or retail experience preferred but not mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
