Full Stack WordPress Developer

About the role

Powercret Solutions is looking for a Full Stack WordPress Developer to own end‑to‑end website projects, from concept through launch. You will build custom themes, develop plugins, and ensure each site delivers top performance while collaborating closely with designers and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high‑performance WordPress sites, custom plugins, and themes.
• Stay up‑to‑date with WordPress core, Gutenberg, Full Site Editing, and the broader plugin ecosystem.
• Integrate AI‑powered tools to improve content workflows, automation, and site functionality.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, security, and accessibility.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of professional WordPress development experience.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of Gutenberg block editor and Full Site Editing.
• Experience with REST API, WP‑CLI, Git, and modern development workflows.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools within a WordPress context.
• Proactive mindset: follows WordPress news, tests new plugins, and contributes ideas.
