Full Stack Web Developer (PHP/Laravel, React, Node.js)

About the role

Flash Digital Solutions, a leading digital marketing agency in Delhi, is seeking a full‑stack Web Developer to join its team immediately. The role involves building and maintaining e‑commerce platforms, custom web applications, and high‑performing landing pages for a variety of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy full‑stack web applications using PHP, Laravel, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js and Node.js.
• Create and manage custom Shopify stores, including theme customization, app integration and payment gateway setup.
• Build scalable Laravel‑based platforms with secure APIs and optimized databases.
• Develop and maintain WordPress/WooCommerce sites with custom themes, plugins and SEO optimisation.
• Implement RESTful APIs and ensure seamless front‑end/back‑end communication.
• Integrate third‑party services such as payment gateways, shipping APIs and CRM systems.
• Produce high‑converting landing pages with performance tracking (GA4, Facebook Pixel).
• Collaborate with designers, stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Optimize websites for speed, scalability, SEO and mobile responsiveness.
• Explore and integrate modern tools, including AI/LLM‑based automation and content generation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in web development.
• Proven experience building e‑commerce platforms and custom admin panels.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and performance optimisation.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation workflows.
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging abilities.
