Full Stack Web Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer to own the end‑to‑end development of our company websites, city‑specific campaign landing pages, and the internal field application used daily by our sales team. The role also includes automating lead flows and configuring the underlying Frappe/ERPNext platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design UI/UX in Figma, establishing a company design system before development.
• Build responsive websites and city‑wise landing pages using React.js and Next.js.
• Develop and maintain features for the internal field application.
• Automate lead‑flow and integrate advertising platforms, CRM, and WhatsApp.
• Configure Frappe/ERPNext, manage user permissions and ensure data integrity.

Required profile

• Strong command of HTML, CSS and JavaScript with production experience in React.js and Next.js.
• Proficiency in Figma and solid understanding of UI/UX fundamentals.
• Experience with at least one backend language in production (Python, Node.js or PHP).
• Ability to design and consume REST APIs, handle webhooks and third‑party integrations.
• Hands‑on experience with Git and GitHub, including live deployment.
• Exposure to ERP or CRM platforms, preferably Frappe/ERPNext.
• Clear written and spoken communication in English and Hindi.
