Full Stack Software Engineer – Node.js & React (Bangalore)

About the role

Airbus India is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to help build and operate a core business product that automates and optimises aircraft planning. You will join the Digital for Customer & Prog Solutions department, contributing to innovative IT solutions that support digital transformation and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain rich web applications using Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, CSS3 and HTML5.
• Implement server‑side logic, database schemas (RDBMS and NoSQL – DynamoDB) and RESTful APIs.
• Build, deploy and manage cloud solutions on AWS, including Lambdas, S3, IAM, EC2 and Route 53.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, SonarQube and GitHub.
• Write unit tests, conduct end‑to‑end/UI testing and apply test‑driven development practices.
• Collaborate in Agile Scrum/SAFe/Kanban teams and mentor junior developers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude, attention to detail and a passion for continuous learning.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
