Full Stack Instructor

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Instructor to join our offline learning centres. You will lead classroom sessions on Full Stack Development, covering programming fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and modern web technologies, while mentoring learners to build career‑ready skills.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver in‑person lectures and training sessions on Full Stack Development and related topics.
• Guide learners through concepts, case studies, and hands‑on projects to ensure solid understanding and application.
• Collaborate with centre managers and academic teams to monitor learner progress and outcomes.
• Provide doubt‑solving support, mentorship, and career‑readiness coaching.
• Continuously update course content to reflect current industry trends and tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of teaching or training experience in Full Stack Development or related domains.
• Strong programming background in Java and a solid grasp of Data Structures & Algorithms.
• Hands‑on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities.
• Comfortable delivering both classroom and camera‑facing online sessions.
• Education: BE/B.Tech minimum; postgraduate degree preferred.
