Full Stack Engineer (React & Django)

About the role

We are seeking a versatile Full Stack Engineer to join JioSaavn’s product team in Navi Mumbai. The role blends backend development, data engineering, and occasional frontend work, enabling you to build robust Python services, design data pipelines, and create functional React interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs and services using Python and Django.
• Build and maintain lightweight ETL pipelines to clean, transform, and load data into relational databases.
• Design SQL schemas, write optimized queries, and ensure database performance and scalability.
• Integrate backend and data layers with simple ReactJS front‑ends, focusing on functionality over visual polish.
• Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of data‑driven product features, ensuring reliability, uptime, and data accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related quantitative field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience building web backends, designing databases, or developing data‑intensive applications.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work across the full stack.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python and Django (or similar frameworks such as FastAPI/Flask).
• Solid SQL knowledge and experience with relational database design and optimization.
• Experience building ETL/data pipelines.
• Familiarity with ReactJS for creating functional user interfaces.
