Full Stack Engineer

About the role

NeuralSoft Private Limited (a21.ai) is looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join its AI‑focused team in Delhi. You will build and maintain modern web applications that integrate large language model (LLM) capabilities for clients across retail, finance, and other industries.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js and React.js.
• Create responsive, accessible user interfaces based on UI/UX designs.
• Design and optimise SQL database schemas, queries, and indexes.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate with AI specialists to embed LLM functionality into production applications.
• Write clean, modular, well‑documented code and conduct code reviews.
• Debug and resolve performance, integration, and production issues.
• Participate in architecture discussions and promote engineering best practices.
• Manage version control with Git and support CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Next.js and React.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
