Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain enterprise‑grade applications. You will work closely with solution architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and user‑friendly tools that support complex workflow and approval processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop responsive, accessible, role‑based user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Design and implement backend services with Python/FastAPI, Java/Spring, Node.js.NET, or equivalent technologies.
• Build and maintain REST APIs, relational data models, workflow services, and versioned business objects.
• Implement workflow orchestration, approval routing, immutable audit trails, dashboards, and integration interfaces.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and participate in architecture discussions and roadmap planning.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of software engineering experience with ownership of complex production applications.
• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and convert ambiguous processes into clear system behavior.
• Experience delivering internal tools used by multiple concurrent teams.
• Track record of collaborating with architects, product owners, and cross‑functional teams.
