Full Stack Engineer

About the role

SafeOps is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to own the end‑to‑end development of its AI‑powered security platform. You will work on both the frontend (React + TypeScript) and backend (Python/Django) while leveraging AI coding assistants to accelerate delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain features across the SafeOps platform (frontend and backend).
• Use AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot) effectively—write prompts, validate outputs, and fix gaps.
• Debug issues, write automated tests, and ensure overall system stability.
• Own modules from requirements gathering through production deployment.
• Refactor existing code, improve architecture, and keep dependencies up to date.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team, review code (including AI‑generated PRs), and mentor junior developers.
• Identify and flag security, scalability, and UX risks, applying secure coding practices.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of full‑stack development experience.
• Strong ability to work independently and take ownership of feature lifecycles.
• Comfortable breaking down ambiguous requirements into clear execution plans.
• Proactive attitude toward security and performance considerations.
