Full Stack Engineer II

About the role

We are looking for a curious and team‑focused Full Stack Software Engineer to join Anaplan’s dynamic engineering team. In this role you will build and maintain backend services and user‑facing analytics experiences that power operational insights for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Build and support scalable REST services in Python.
• Develop and enhance web frontend features using React and TypeScript for analytics and diagnostics.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for services, jobs, and UI delivery.
• Write robust tests across UI and backend layers to ensure reliability and performance.
• Use SQL or PySpark to investigate underlying source data.
• Collaborate with product, data, and platform partners to deliver BI/analytics features.

Required profile

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with full‑stack exposure or strong backend/data experience with proven frontend delivery.
• Solid programming skills in Python and experience building or consuming REST services.
• Hands‑on experience with a modern frontend stack, preferably React and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with CI/CD principles and tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
