Full Stack Developer (Java & React)

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong Java and React expertise to design, build, and maintain high‑performance micro‑services and intuitive user interfaces. You will work closely with design, product, and engineering teams to deliver scalable software that meets business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain backend services using Java or Golang and frontend applications with React.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
• Write clean, well‑documented code following industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability issues.
• Implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Hands‑on experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proven ability to design RESTful APIs and work with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, and version control (Git).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and security best practices.
