Full Stack Developer

About the role

The Digital Innovation and Development Unit at MIT ADT University is looking for a Full Stack Developer to maintain and enhance the university’s web presence. You will work on a variety of projects ranging from the official website to custom landing pages, supporting both technical and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the university’s official website, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Design and develop landing pages aligned with marketing strategies.
• Build and customize solutions using PHP, Laravel, WordPress, and related technologies.
• Apply UI/UX best practices to create responsive, user‑friendly interfaces.
• Manage server‑side operations, optimize performance, and enforce security standards.
• Perform unit testing, debug issues, and support continuous integration/deployment workflows.
• Assist with basic SEO, social‑media campaign tracking, and Google Analytics reporting.

• Strong communication skills for collaboration with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to drive projects independently.
