Full Stack Developer

About the role

The Full Stack Developer will design, develop, and support Epsilon’s home‑grown SaaS products. You will build scalable web applications, troubleshoot production issues, and work closely with product, engineering, and support teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end application components (frontend and backend).
• Analyze, triage, replicate, test, and resolve product issues in a timely manner.
• Implement scalable, secure, and high‑performance solutions.
• Provide technical workarounds and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive issue resolution and product improvements.
• Prioritize issues based on severity, impact, and risk.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Document technical designs, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Ensure adherence to SLA targets for development deliverables and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
• Experience building customer‑facing applications and handling production support.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical scenarios.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Effective stakeholder communication and collaboration abilities.

Required skills

• Java or .NET for backend development.
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React or Angular preferred) for frontend development.
• Hands‑on experience with RHEL/Linux‑based systems.
