Amazon is seeking a Full Lifecycle Recruiter to join its University Talent Acquisition team. You will partner with hiring managers across multiple locations to source, assess, and close talent for a variety of roles, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring teams to design sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies aligned with business needs.
• Generate candidate pipelines through proactive market research, networking, and digital recruiting tools.
• Screen and interview candidates, presenting curated slates within agreed timelines.
• Maintain clear communication with hiring managers and interview panels throughout the interview process.
• Track metrics, set benchmarks, and meet service level agreements for recruitment activities.
• Participate in special projects, such as improving interview techniques and identifying top talent for senior openings.

Required profile

• Graduate from a reputable university.
• 0‑4 years of experience in talent acquisition or related recruiting functions.
• Strong understanding of client needs, hiring conditions, and market trends.
• Ability to manage multiple searches, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
