About the role

Amazon India is seeking a Full Lifecycle Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. The recruiter will focus on the Operations vertical, supporting the rapid growth of Amazon’s fulfillment network across the country. This role offers the chance to shape hiring strategies for a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand short‑term and long‑term hiring needs for Operations.
• Design and execute candidate generation and sourcing strategies for high‑volume hiring.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships, often providing the first impression of Amazon.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑volume recruiting, preferably within Operations or similar functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
