Full Lifecycle Recruiter I

About the role

As a Full Lifecycle Recruiter I you will partner with Amazon’s In‑Stores Tech Talent Acquisition team to source and hire high‑volume technical talent such as Business Intelligence Engineers, Data Engineers, Software Development Engineers and Technical Program Managers. You will act as the sourcing subject‑matter expert, using data‑driven insights to build diverse pipelines and deliver a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively research and engage passive candidates across multiple channels and assess fit with Amazon’s leadership principles.
• Manage and prioritize multiple searches to ensure timely delivery of qualified, diverse talent pipelines.
• Leverage industry trends and market intelligence to design innovative sourcing strategies and scalable pipelines.
• Screen candidates, guide them through the hiring process, and employ best‑in‑class engagement and pre‑closing techniques.
• Collaborate with Recruiters, Recruiting Coordinators and Strategic Demand Advisors to meet hiring needs.
• Maintain high standards of candidate experience, communication, and urgency while meeting KPI targets such as pipeline activity and conversion ratios.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving recruiting operations and productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of corporate or agency recruiting or research experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high‑volume technical hiring.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data to influence decisions.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or contact management platform.
