Frontend Developer

About the role

Concentrix is seeking an experienced Frontend Developer to join its Technical Products and Services team. You will work on high‑impact digital experiences, collaborating with cross‑functional experts to deliver modern, performant web applications for global brands.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality frontend applications using ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and coding to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code while ensuring performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications; conduct code reviews to enforce best practices.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of software development experience.
• At least 7 + years of hands‑on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, and state‑management libraries such as Redux or Redux Toolkit.
• Strong background in performance optimization (lazy loading, memoization) and testing (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Experience with modern build tools (Vite, Webpack) and styling frameworks (CSS, Tailwind, Material‑UI).
• Node.js experience and familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, are a plus.
• Leadership experience is preferred.
