Front Office Receptionist – Diagnostic Centre (Andheri East)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients at our diagnostic centre in Andheri East, Mumbai. The role involves greeting visitors, managing appointments, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors professionally and assist them as needed.
• Register patients, maintain accurate records, and handle billing information.
• Schedule and manage appointments for doctors and laboratory services.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with medical staff.
• Process cash or card payments and issue receipts where applicable.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline (healthcare background preferred).
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi; Marathi is an advantage.
• Freshers are welcome; candidates with 1+ year of relevant experience are preferred.
• Pleasant personality with strong customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
• Telephone handling and front‑desk management.
