Front Office Manager – Hotel Operations

About the role
We are seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the front‑office team at Alila Diwa Goa. Reporting to the Director of Rooms, you will ensure the department runs efficiently, upholding Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards while delivering exceptional experiences for guests, employees and owners.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Front Desk, Front Service (including parking and hotel entrance), Communications Centre, Business Centre and Regency/Grand Club.
- Coordinate with the Director of Rooms to implement brand promise and maintain service quality.
- Monitor performance against corporate standards and take corrective actions when needed.
- Manage guest relations, resolve issues promptly and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Lead, coach and develop front‑office staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Required profile
- University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum 2 years experience as an Assistant Director of Rooms or Front Office Manager.
- Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
