About the role

As a Front Office Guest Service Agent (GSA) you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every stay starts and ends with a memorable experience. You will manage check‑ins, respond to guest requests, and handle billing while delivering personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and settle accounts.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional service.
• Promote hotel facilities and identify up‑selling opportunities to enhance stays.
• Maintain high standards at the reception desk, consistently exceeding expectations.
• Oversee day‑to‑day Front Office operations and report any issues to management.

Required profile

• Relevant diploma or degree in Hotel Management.
• 1–2 years of experience in a front‑office or hospitality role.
• Strong multitasking, problem‑solving, and service‑orientation abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility, initiative, sincerity, and a collaborative attitude.

Required skills

• Familiarity with the Opera property management system (advantageous).
