Front Office Executive

About the role

The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a welcoming and secure environment. This role combines guest‑service excellence with strict adherence to safety, security and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Report any work‑related accidents or injuries immediately to a manager or supervisor.
• Follow all safety, security and emergency procedures, including evacuations and medical emergencies.
• Maintain awareness of undesirable persons on the property and protect guest and coworker privacy.
• Ensure personal appearance, uniform and nametags are clean, professional and compliant with company standards.
• Protect confidential and proprietary information, as well as company assets and equipment.
• Greet guests warmly, use their names when possible, and provide genuine appreciation and farewells.
• Anticipate and respond to guest service needs promptly and professionally.
• Assist guests with disabilities according to established guidelines.
• Answer telephone calls within three rings, use courteous language, transfer calls appropriately and take accurate messages.
• Communicate clearly with coworkers, supervisors and managers, both verbally and via electronic devices such as phones, radios and email.
