About the role
The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for guests at The St. Regis New Delhi, ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival experience. You will manage check‑ins, handle payments, and support guests throughout their stay while maintaining high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Process all guest check‑ins, verify identity, payment method, assign rooms and issue keys.
- Set up accurate guest accounts, enter Marriott Rewards information and ensure correct rate application.
- Secure payment prior to key issuance, handle vouchers, paid‑outs and charge processing.
- Compile and review daily reports, cashier and closing reports, and manage cash handling procedures.
- Provide guests with directions, property information and respond to service requests, coordinating with other departments as needed.
- Balance and drop receipts, count and secure cash at shift start and end, and obtain manual authorizations.
- Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any theft reports.
- Assist management in training, evaluating, coaching and motivating staff, acting as a role model for fair treatment.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold confidentiality and safety standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related hospitality experience.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency with POS and hotel reservation systems.
- Cash handling and payment processing.
