About the role

The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for guests at The St. Regis New Delhi, ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival experience. You will manage check‑ins, handle payments, and support guests throughout their stay while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Process all guest check‑ins, verify identity, payment method, assign rooms and issue keys.
  • Set up accurate guest accounts, enter Marriott Rewards information and ensure correct rate application.
  • Secure payment prior to key issuance, handle vouchers, paid‑outs and charge processing.
  • Compile and review daily reports, cashier and closing reports, and manage cash handling procedures.
  • Provide guests with directions, property information and respond to service requests, coordinating with other departments as needed.
  • Balance and drop receipts, count and secure cash at shift start and end, and obtain manual authorizations.
  • Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any theft reports.
  • Assist management in training, evaluating, coaching and motivating staff, acting as a role model for fair treatment.
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold confidentiality and safety standards.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related hospitality experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with POS and hotel reservation systems.
  • Cash handling and payment processing.
