About the role
The Front Office Associate will be the first point of contact for guests at our hotel in Sardarshahar. Working full‑time on‑site, you will ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out processes, handle guest inquiries, and support the overall guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and manage the reception desk.
- Process check‑ins, check‑outs, and handle payments accurately.
- Answer incoming calls, route them correctly, and record messages.
- Maintain up‑to‑date guest records and documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest requests promptly.
- Perform basic administrative duties such as filing and email handling.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with courteous communication.
- Experience in front‑office or hospitality roles is preferred.
- Ability to work shifts, stay organized under pressure, and pay attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy and fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
