Front Line Officer - Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

About the role

The Front Line Officer – Talent Acquisition & Onboarding provides operational and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring smooth end‑to‑end recruitment and a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. You will act as a key liaison between hiring managers, candidates, and HR partners in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Gather job requirements, prepare detailed JRF/JD and person‑job fit profiles.
• Post vacancies on company website, job portals and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates and support sourcing through databases, portals and referrals.
• Coordinate interview schedules, manage calendars and communicate feedback to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, conduct reference checks, pre‑hire assessments and background verification.
• Prepare offer documentation, arrange pre‑employment health checks and facilitate onboarding formalities.
• Collaborate with Marketing on employer branding and maintain candidate experience across platforms.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment coordination or HR operations.
• Ability to manage high‑volume hiring cycles and shifting priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail and adherence to compliance guidelines.
