Front Desk & Waiter – Guest Service Role

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused team member to join our hospitality team. In this dual front‑desk and waiter position you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth service throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and handle front‑desk inquiries.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Take food and beverage orders, serve meals, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in both the reception area and dining spaces.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as phone handling, reservations, and billing.
• Collaborate with kitchen and housekeeping staff to coordinate guest needs.
