Front Desk Receptionist – Skin Clinic (Noida/Delhi NCR)

About the role

We are seeking a professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients at our skin clinic in Noida/Delhi NCR. You will ensure a welcoming atmosphere, manage daily reception tasks, and support smooth clinic operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors courteously and manage check‑ins.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries about appointments and services.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments while maintaining accurate calendars.
• Maintain patient records in the clinic management system and update information as needed.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Assist with billing queries, basic payment processing, and documentation.
• Prepare daily registers, reports, and records using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Address patient concerns professionally and escalate complex issues appropriately.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a front‑desk or customer‑service role within a healthcare or skin‑clinic setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor with a pleasant, patient‑focused attitude.
• Ability to handle confidential information securely.
