About the role

Vedalex World Class Products Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a professional Front Desk Receptionist to join its Jaipur office. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience that reflects the company’s wellness‑focused brand.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, manage the reception area, and maintain a tidy environment.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls using the phone system.
• Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and meeting‑room bookings.
• Handle courier and mail services, distributing items to the appropriate departments.
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling.
• Provide accurate information about the company’s services and direct inquiries to relevant teams.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability.
• High school diploma; a certificate or degree in administration, commerce, or related fields is a plus.
• Prior experience in a receptionist or front‑office role, preferably in wellness, healthcare, or direct‑selling sectors.

Required skills

• Proficiency with phone systems.
• Competence in email, spreadsheets, word processing, and scheduling tools.
