About the role
We are looking for a professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. You will ensure a welcoming atmosphere, manage communications, and support the HR/Admin team with basic office coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and attend to clients and visitors in a courteous manner.
- Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and messages efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor records.
- Assist the HR/Admin team with documentation and basic office tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams when clients or visitors arrive.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polite, presentable, and confident when interacting with clients.
- Positive attitude and good etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and manage the reception area smoothly.
Required skills
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.
