Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

Mindsight Clinic is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our Pune location. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while supporting smooth clinic operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors, manage the waiting area, and answer incoming calls.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments using clinic management software.
• Maintain accurate client records and handle basic paperwork.
• Assist with billing inquiries and basic accounting tasks.
• Coordinate with clinicians and administrative staff to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Uphold confidentiality and provide clear information about services.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or healthcare training is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front‑desk role, preferably in a clinic, hospital, or mental‑health setting.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, especially for sensitive conversations.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to handle emotionally sensitive situations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with clinic management or scheduling software.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Comfortable using standard computer applications for data entry and record‑keeping.

• Full‑time, on‑site position (10 am – 7 pm, Monday to Saturday).
