About the role

The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for clients visiting our clinic. You will manage appointments, handle billing, and provide administrative support to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient.

Key responsibilities

Greet clients, manage appointment scheduling and walk‑ins.
Process billing, payments and maintain accurate financial records.
Make follow‑up calls and generate leads for the clinic.
Handle front‑desk administration, including documentation and client coordination.
Provide timely support and information to clients throughout their visit.

Required profile

Female candidates only.
1–5 years of experience in front‑desk, reception or billing roles.
Good communication skills, English preferred.
Pleasant personality with strong customer‑service orientation.

What we offer

Salary range ₹2.5 – ₹3.5 LPA.
Six‑day work week (9:45 AM – 7:00 PM).
