Front Desk Associate – Concierge

About the role

The Front Desk Associate (Concierge) is the first point of contact for guests and VIPs at Hilton Manyata. You will deliver personalized information, booking services and assistance throughout each guest’s stay, ensuring a memorable hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for guest enquiries and respond efficiently.
• Provide information, advice and booking services for city tours, theatre tickets, restaurants, doctors, flights, etc.
• Process and deliver guest messages, and handle luggage delivery and secure storage.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel services, VIP requests and special events.
• Ensure lobby and front‑door areas remain orderly, safe and compliant with hotel standards.
• Support management during emergencies and follow all front‑of‑house equipment and PMS procedures.
• Project a professional, hospitality‑focused demeanor at all times.
• Maintain a clean, healthy and safe working environment.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with strong communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering high‑level customer service.
• Excellent grooming standards and flexibility to adapt to varied situations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of the local area.
• Previous concierge experience in a hotel environment is advantageous.
