About the role
HCL Tech is conducting a walk‑in drive on 16 June for fresh graduates to join as Process Associates in its Voice Process team. The position is based in Ambattur and operates on a US shift schedule. Candidates will support customers primarily through email and chat channels, ensuring smooth order‑to‑cash operations.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer queries via email and chat, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Enter, update, and manage data accurately across multiple systems.
- Troubleshoot issues, provide actionable solutions, and escalate complex cases to senior teams.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate (2024‑2025) from Arts & Science streams.
- Strong written communication skills for email and chat support.
- Willingness to work the US shift timing.
